There is no secret book or old temple scroll that can help you to achieve successful weight loss. Despite all the ads, no new fad diet or special diet pill will "burn away" fat or bring fast long lasting weight loss. The truth and the fact is that the only way to lose weight properly is to eat fewer calories than your body needs and uses on a daily basis. This can be done by eating less and doing more exercise, but I recommend both.
